Ralos New Energies AG recorded in German Commercial Register.

During a vote at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 14 January 2010, it was also agreed to change the company name from BGI EcoTech AG to Ralos New Energies AG. The name change has become official with the entry of the new name in the Commercial Register as at 22 February.

After our successful re-organisation, we will implement our new, internationally oriented group strategy with the expansion of our subsidiaries and – where necessary – with further takeovers, majority holdings and alliances.
